Hey all. Tam told me about this site, so here I am LOL.
I have 18 horses (yes I know, totally crazy). We have 12 minis, 1 TB, 1 TB/Percheron X, 1 TB/Paint X, 1 appendix, 1 appendix/paint X, 1 MFT (he is MINE LOL)
I do mostly therapy work with my minis.....I am hoping to get my FT doing that as well. He is still very green broke....so future jobs for him!

Omg you can tell it's warming up and that time of year again.
In the last 2 weeks we have found more ticks on us and the horses.
than i have probably seen my whole life. what the heck can you do
to get rid of them? everyone we talk to says get chickens, i know nothing about chickens. i don't mind to learn and if thats the way i need to go than bring on the chickens. any advice or is anyone els having this problem?

Earthquake!

Did anyone feel the earthquake at 4:36 this morning? It was a magnitude 5.2 centered in southeastern Illinois. We felt it south of Shelbyville- it woke us up with rattling windows and shelves. I could feel the floor shaking..lasted about 15 seconds or so. Very weird!
