Boys In Blue At Corinth

Just found out that it is just before showtime in Corinth, MS and the boys in blue have arrived. Well, don't know if it is the boys or girls, so I guess I should say the Persons In Blue. Anyway, USDA in Corinth. That's all I know for now. Will post again if I hear more. I am not there (obviously). Have grandkids visiting and one of them was in Space Camp in Huntsville and today was the last day, so she had to come before the horse show.

tail cutting question(s)

oaky, here i go. my mares tail was cut 2 years ago,it lifts up nice but when it gets to the breakover it flops all the way to the left. i have joe webbs book on twh and it shows how to cut a tail in 2 different places. hers was cut just once down low, anyone have any experience with cutting just the breakover?? would this help her tail to be able to breakover in the center or will it cause a bigger mess? she keeps the base of her tail in the set okay but the breakover will flop to the left...

Versatility Showing

Anyone show in versatility? I'm looking for someone that does, or videos of the classes in versatility, such as trail, etc. in sanctioned shows. Need help. Located in CA and need to know exactly what obstacles you are using back there, etc. Any assistance would be appreciated or point me in the right direction.

I figured this would be a good place to ask for some advice..... I have a walker mare that I starrted working with about 5 months ago..... But the problem is shes VERY marish... is that typical for this breed? Ive only worked with one walker before... but a gelding.... And I grew up ridding saddleseat and then went to arab circit and now ride paints and quarter horses... but was givin this mare.... Shes 8... but was stalled and never seen the light of day til she was 5 when a friend got...
