With the 2008 breeding season fastly approaching, don't forget that Pusher's Benny Boy is back in Shelbyville. We were very lucky to be able to
purchase him last year. Benny has been vet tested and is definitely ready for the ladies this Spring. His breeding fee is $500 LFG with multiple mare
discounts. We appreciate the nice posts about Benny. He is a very special horse and is still a walking machine. Check out our new website - <a target="_blank"...

We had a colt born this past weekend and having trouble I need some help please!! The first day was really tough. The mare has plenty of milk but wants nothing to do with baby. The mare will let her suck as long as someone is around. The bad thing is someone cant be around 24 hours a day. Right now the mare is tied in the stall and the colt does have the abilty to suck. It seems like the foal is scared of the mare which I understand why. The colt wont get up to suck unless we get her up....

Has anyone ever used Regumate or progesterone to keep a mare from aborting or absorbing a foal? My mare has absorbed her foal for the last 4 years. Last year she kept it til the 5 month. I would much rather not have to give a shot, so I'm leaning towards Regumate. Is one any cheaper than the other? I was told progesterone was given once a week. How often is the Regumate given? What are your experiences?
